- Unlimited phone and email communication
- Creation of a planning timeline/monthly checklist
- Development of the overall wedding budget, creation of spreadsheet tracker, and budget tracking assistance
- Budget analysis and planning timeline/monthly checklist review meeting
- Event design board creation and review meeting
- Full event design support, including sourcing of all decor, booking design-related vendors, design and proofing of all wedding stationary, etc.
- Vendor research- personalized list of vendor recommendations for each vendor category based on budget, personality, and style
- Initiation of contact and serving as the liaison between vendors and client
- Review of any vendor contracts prior to booking upon request
- Unlimited planning meetings including design meetings, vendor meetings, and update meetings
- Assistance with wedding day attire if desired
- Wedding website creation, proofing, and review
- Hotel block coordination and booking
- Wedding material assembly, including favors, wedding hotel bags, save the dates, invitations, etc.
- RSVP tracking
- One final details meeting
- Development of timeline
- Development of floor plan
- One venue walk through
- Coordination with all vendors for timeline purposes and to finalize details
- Adjustment of rental orders based on final guest count
- Review of final vendor contracts
- One week of wedding meeting
- Distribution of final timeline, floor plan, and vendor list to all vendors prior to wedding day
- Direction and supervision of rehearsal

- Unlimited hours on the wedding day
- Two coordinators for the event
- Point of contact throughout the day
- Access to planner’s emergency kit
- Supervision of vendor setup and breakdown
- Decoration of any ceremony and reception spaces
- Direction of wedding party, guests, and vendors
- Assist with boutonniere pinning and floral distribution
- Direction of ceremony- cueing DJ, wedding party, etc
- Direction of reception timeline
- Distribution of final payments and tips
- Collect personal items as designated by packing checklist
- Break down assistance
